Here is fair warning: this post will be tackily cheesy. Stop now if you are not prepared to deal with this.
Okay. Now Cabaret doesn't close till tomorrow, so I will still be attending one more day of TH 150, but really today was it. Nothing out of the ordinary. I got up like I do every Friday. I went to class like I have all quarter. I did painful abs just like in every other Peggy Hickey jazz class. Its just that things won't all ever happen that way again.

Macgowan Hall has been the epicenter of college for me, and the people there the waves that have resonated through my last 4 years and will most definitely continue to affect my life until the day I die. AND THIS IS SO SAPPY AND LAME!!! but... all day I have had the same song playing over and over. I sang it at 'Senior Sunday' leaving my home church in Dville with my dear friends Kristy and Caitlin. I really wasn't in love with the song then. I don't think I had really internalized the gravity of the lyrics, but today I am desperately relating to it. Four years later and at another graduation, here we go:
I want to leave a legacy
How will they remember me?
Did I choose to love? Did I point to You enough
To make a mark on things?
I want to leave an offering
A child of mercy and grace who
blessed your name unapologetically
And leave that kind of legacy
